What can I expect?

You can expect a PRESSURE-FREE environment.

I wouldn't make you do anything you weren't comfortable doing. I will include regressions as I see them, but if I miss one, just don't stop moving and pick a movement that feels good!

No equipment is needed unless...

A big part of why I created this space was to eliminate all barriers in pursuit of our mental and physical health. Everything we do is body weight and, additionally, small weights. 20 lbs max, and a couple of bands can be used to level up the experience. 

Challenging and Safe Programs

With everyone starting at different levels, I use my 10+ years of experience to program safe yet challenging workouts. We don't just move; we build the foundation and build off of momentum.
